Terms of Use
Terms for the website and related application services.
Effective September 27, 2026
Website terms
These terms apply to fabianhad.com and its hosted services. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so on its behalf.
Permitted use
You may use the public website and services for their intended lawful purposes. You may not:
- access or attempt to access another user's data or a restricted administrative area without authorization;
- share credentials or license keys in a way that permits unauthorized access;
- bypass authentication, license controls, rate limits, or other technical restrictions;
- probe, disrupt, damage, overload, or interfere with the website, services, networks, or other users; or
- use scripts, bots, scraping, or other automated methods in a manner that creates excessive load, circumvents controls, or extracts restricted data.
Accounts and license keys
You are responsible for activity under your session, credentials, and license key and for keeping them confidential. License administration is restricted to authorized administrators. Bid Tracker access requires an active, unexpired license. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a terms violation, security risk, abuse, or invalid or expired authorization.
Service availability and changes
The website and hosted services may be changed, updated, interrupted, or discontinued. No uptime or continued-availability commitment is made through these website terms. Users should keep appropriate copies of information they need and should not rely on Bid Tracker as the only copy of critical business records.
External services and links
The site links to or loads resources from third parties, including GitHub, Google Fonts, unpkg, Telegram, and Microsoft. Those services are operated under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
Website content and intellectual property
You may view and use the website content as needed to access the site and services. These terms do not transfer ownership of the site's branding, design, text, or other protected material. Third-party names and materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Software distributed through the site is governed by its applicable software license, as described below.
OST Visualizer software license
OST Visualizer is distributed under the Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2), a source-available license. It is not described as open source. The repository's actual LICENSE file, not these website terms or this summary, controls your use of the software.
In summary, ELv2 grants rights to use, copy, distribute, make available, and prepare derivative works, subject to its conditions and restrictions. Among other things, it restricts offering the software to third parties as a hosted or managed service that provides a substantial set of its features, circumventing or removing license-key functionality or protected features, and removing or obscuring licensing, copyright, or other notices. Read the controlling license for the complete terms.
Commercial feature access is arranged separately by email and unlocks licensed product features. ELv2 continues to govern the distributed software unless you and the operator enter a separate written agreement; any such agreement governs only as it states. Contact fabian@fabianhad.com for commercial licensing information.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and hosted services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. OST Visualizer's controlling license contains its own warranty and liability terms for the software.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the website or hosted services. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date and will apply prospectively. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
